What do I get with a J&S Migrators guided hunt?
You will be provided with a 5 star breakfast and Lunch with transportation out to the pits and blinds. We also offer 5 star lodging on guided hunts. Your guide will provide all the calling and retrieving of the ducks and geese. This will provide you with a relaxed and more enjoyable hunt. Your pit will be brushed, decoyed, and ready to go for your hunt upon arrival.
Do I get lodging with my hunt?
Yes, we can book your stay for the days hunted if desired. Our lodge is rated 5 stars!! We keep full time house cleaning, your group always has your room to yourself. We are fully furnished with a 7 bedroom 4.5 bath lodge and large luxurious heated mudroom !!
What do I need for the hunt?
You will need your hunting license, which can be found on our licenses page. Also, you'll need warm insulated camo clothing, a shotgun (10, 12, or 20 gauge) with an improved cylinder, modified or full choke, and you will need steel shot shells (BB, #2, or #3). You will also need a pair of waders for your hunt, if hunting our flooded fields. Bibs and knee boots are recommended while hunting our flooded woods.
How many people can be guided on a hunt?
The service can provide group sizes up to 10-12 in our pits and blinds. (Larger private groups can be accommodated) Our blinds and pits are very nice with heat, comfortable seating, kitchen area and we always allow plenty of room for our hunters to be comfortable for their hunt.
How long does my hunt last each day?
We run our hunts up until 2:00pm unless we limit out before cut off time each day. We try to allow the birds to rest in the afternoons to have a higher success rate each day.
What is your success rate?
We pride ourselves on a high success rate and our clients always leave with the feeling of having a great hunt. References are available upon request.

J&S Migrators is located in West Tennessee and Southeast Missouri approximately 50 miles north of Memphis.
Can I book a hunt for a single day?
Yes, single day hunts are available on weekdays only.
Can I book a hunt before season dates are set?
Yes, you can book hunts before season dates are set. Once the dates are set, you will be contacted about the desired hunting days. Season dates are set in late February of each year.
What type of blinds will I be hunting?
You will hunt a 36-50’ ft. blind or pit that is very spacious and well known to be some of the nicest blinds in the area. We pride ourselves on offering the most comfortable hunting around.
