Jesse Stribling
Jesse Stribling's résumé is full of guide experience. In addition to being the owner of J&S Migrators, he serves as one of the outfits full-time guides. He has been hunting waterfowl for 35 years of his life and has 16 years of experience as a commercial waterfowl guide. His passion has always been duck hunting in West Tennessee, and he knows how to manage a successful hunt in the flooded fields & flooded woods of West TN.
Drake Jennette
If you have hunted with us in the past you have had the pleasure of meeting Drake Jennette. Drake grew up hunting West TN & this upcoming season will be Drakes 6th year with us. If you know Drake you know he knows how to get it done each day on the ducks and geese. His hard work and dedication to J&S Migrators is never overlooked and we couldn't be more blessed to have him as a close friend & on our team for another year!!
Andrew DeLaCruz
We are excited to announce another great full time guide with us at J&S Migrators for the 2025-26 season! Andrew Delacruz guides in South Dakota from September-November & has been guiding in Arkansas for the months of December & January. He runs a spring snow goose outfit (South Wind Guide Service) out of Nebraska in February & March. Andrew is going to fit right in with all the guides here with having the experience and professionalism to be a great guide.
Drew Comer
Throughout his life, Drew Comer has hunted ducks on both public and private property in West Tennessee. His strong work ethic and wonderful attitude will keep you engaged during the hunt, making him an invaluable member of the team. In the off-season, Drew guides bow fishing and he travels as a waterfowl freelancer in Canada during the early fall. We are fortunate to have him on the team.
Ryan Massie
Like all of the other guides here, Ryan Massie was born and raised in West Tennessee and has a deep love for hunting in the region. Over the past few years, Ryan has established himself as an excellent guide due to his strong work ethic and the fact that our clients love sharing a blind with him every day during the waterfowl season. He is another great guide because of his drive to make every day as successful as possible in the field.
Wesley Chaney
Wesley was originally from Martin, Tennessee, and at the age of three, his father took him into the world of duck hunting. He is currently twenty-five. Wesley has guided hunts in North Dakota, West Tennessee, and Arkansas. He loves seeing his efforts in the waterfowl industry pay off and works hard to give his hunting clients the best experience as possible. He says it all the time , "You will never work a day in your life if you do something you love." He has a passion in guiding waterfowl hunts and it shows with the experience and expertise he demonstrates everyday. We are excited to have a guide with such an excellent guide resume and look forward to all of our hunters sharing a blind with Wesley in years to come.
